In the economic globalization and internationalization, talents are the core of enterprise value creation, human resources has become a key resource in enterprise competition. In the new competitive situation, the possession and development of human resource is the key factor to determine the success or failure of the enterprise. In our country, the construction enterprise employee turnover phenomenon is more prominent, there is public information display, construction enterprises are facing serious difficulties of employee turnover. Construction enterprise is labour intensive, large work load, poor working environment and other characteristics, this determines the characteristics of the talent is the pillar for the survival and development of construction enterprises, but also the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, frequent flow will seriously influence the sustainable development of architecture and strange.Research on turnover intention has always been one of the important research topic in human resource field, but the study on the turnover intention of employees is rare, especially about the study on turnover intention of employees in construction enterprises more seldom reported. Based on this, this paper takes "influence job satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intention-Based on this topic research" construction enterprises, construction on thenew employee turnover rate of the empirical study, a comprehensive analysis of the main factors affecting employee’s turnover intention, to reveal them chanism of employee satisfaction influence the turnover intention of employees of different types, to provide basis for human resource management of construction enterprises.The main purpose of this paper is based on the statistical analysis ofquestionnaire collected data, to study the following questions:Ⅰ.The relationship between construction enterprise employee job satisfaction and turnover intentionⅡ.The main factors that influence employee turnover intentionⅢ.Regulating factors on the construction enterprise employee job satisfaction and turnover intention relationshipThis paper put forward some measures as follows:establishing promotion mechanism perfect, rational planning of occupation career development channel staff; establish a competitive salary and welfare policy, build perfect incentive mechanism; strengthen communication within the organization; according to the characteristics of R&D personnel of Technology Based SMEs, targeted to formulate relevant policies; strengthen the building of enterprise culture establishment; a sound training and development system.
