The Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Guangdong Private Trading Enterprises

Since the reform and open policy of China, the domestic economy has a greatdevelopment with the biggest contribution of export trading. Private tradingenterprises have been playing a more and more important role in this rapid economicdevelopment, especially the Guangdong private trading enterprises, which have nowbecome the main force of foreign trade and local economic growth, as they contributeone third of the volume of foreign trade.At present, a series of problems expose with the vigorous development of Guangdongprivate trading enterprises. Especially among the period of the financial crisis of2008and2009exploded in United States and Europe, which Guangdong foreign tradesuffered a rapidly decline. And the private trading enterprises were getting through aneven harder time for their ability of anti-risk was not so strong. Obviously, the oldproducing and trading style is not suitable any more while facing the new challengessuch as external crisis combined with the domestic rise of cost. Therefore, thetransformation and upgrading of private trading enterprises is a must step in the futurefor further development.Based on the theories and empirical studies review of enterprise transformation andupgrading, this paper try to understand the business environment and living conditionsof Guangdong private trading enterprise in recent years. With the quantitative andqualitative analysis, the author intends to figure out the main influence factors ofprivate trading enterprises transformation and upgrading. Furthermore, explore thepath selection of transformation and upgrading of private trading enterprises. In theend, the paper tries to offer some useful advices for the government to help privatetrading enterprises for further development.
