With the accelerated development of human economic activity constantly, various kinds of economy presents the diversification, complication, economy and corresponds to the enterprise competition more and more cruel and fierce, competition among enterprises is mainly reflected in the competition between the enterprise leaders and leaders, competition is produced by their leadership behavior and leadership behavior results show. This series of phenomena makes business leaders are various considerations leadership behavior made on its own in the face of the macro environment changes, we must use modern, scientific system, the effective management method to deal with the enterprise management in the hitherto unknown amount of information, because of this, some in the leadership behavior theory of management model in-depth study and practice in the management process to help enterprises adjust decision become more and more important. Under such circumstances, Multidimensional Virtual Image Reflect Interaction(MVIRI) theory has been put forward on based on the experience of Professor Teng Qingan in many years of teaching and practice, analyze the concrete reality of leadership behavior in complex environment.This paper summarizes the status of the existing leadership theory, and analyzes the deficiencies of the existing leadership theory. On the previous research of MVIRI theory, this research adopts the factor analysis, correlation analysis to research hypotheses for empirical analysis, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods of literature review and questionnaire investigation lots of enterprises. Firstly, “consciousness-behavior” of the leader formation model was measured. Secondly, analyze “consciousness-behavior” of the leader formation in the individual characteristic variables. Finally, correlation analysis between connotation, formation process and business performance. The analysis result draws the following main conclusions: awareness and leadership behavior exists differences in the individual characteristic variables; self-awareness and a significant positive correlation relationship between leadership behavior and business performance. In addition, this research puts forward the still existing deficiencies and also discusses the future research in this area.
