Research On Auditing Evaluation Of Economic Responsibility Of Circular Economy Industrial Park

Accountability audit is an audit system with Chinese characteristics,it has played an important part of the state audit. Along with a rapid development of our society, strained resources, environmental pollution and ecological resources waste becomes a growing prominence problem. Now that our country has already changed economic growth mode to pursue sustainable development circular economy, as a special economy growth mode, can make the effect of sustainable development to maximize. As circular economy is booming in our society, a lot of circular economy industrial park emerged and each performs its own function. With the rapid development of the circular economy in our country, it’s time to combine its features to accountability audit, setting an appropriate auditing evaluation system based on its features and its economic environment. Make a fair and objective audit evaluation to promote circular economy industrial to a healthy development.In this paper, on the basis of accountability audit, I try to design an internal accountability audit system which is suitable for circular economy industrial park. With A circular economy industrial park as the example, using the method of case study, analysis its accountability audit status for the start, then figure out the problem of current accountability audit evaluation method and content and find out what is the reason that cause those problems. After that, build an appropriate accountability audit evaluation system for A.
