| The survey report shows, after 80 employees in the workplace after exhibited lower work well-being, cause 80 staff turnover rate increased to a great extent, and studies have shown that the rate of turnover and organizational trust level, therefore,this paper on the basis of the existing research, to 80 employees as the research object,on the empirical research on the relationship between organizational trust and work happiness, and to explore the influence of work happiness organizational trust factors.Based on the literature review, first determine the organizational trust and work happiness two variable dimensions, namely organizational trust with the interpersonal trust and system trust, work well-being using work value, welfare, development prospects, environmental mastery, self acceptance, the interpersonal relationship and the autonomy of seven dimensions of leadership trust dimension, then according to the dimensions of the division of scale design, and take on the enterprise "after80" employees on-site measurement way of collecting sample; and then the effective sample for statistical analysis.The empirical analysis found that: 80 employees’ organizational trust and job well-being is significantly related to. Specifically, the post-80 s staff organization interpersonal trust and work well-being is significantly related to, among them, my colleagues on the ideas of others acceptance, boss of my acceptance, the boss,colleagues, boss kind behavior consistent communication openness and boss honest 6interpersonal trust factors on work has a positive predictive role of happiness. After 80employees’ organizational system trust and work well-being is significantly related to organizational system, wherein, the trust and non institutional trust have positive effects on job happiness.Combined with the research results, this paper to improve employees’ organizational trust, and improve staff well-being suggest, at the end of the paper put forward the shortage of this study and future research ideas. |
