It is proposed that organizational trust is considered as an important supporting factor in organizational effectiveness.In order to test this proposition,this reseach firstly reviewed the extant literature about OT and construeted the conceptual framework of organizational trust based on the Preeeding reseaerhers' contribution.In this thesis,OT is regarded as an integrating Perception from Persons within the organization,which ineluding two facets:interpersonal trurst and instituional trust, interpersonal trust include vetical trust and horizontal trust,instituional trust includes nonsystemic trust and systemic trust.In the following,this theoretieal framework was empirically tested using multiple methods and the valid result supporting this idea were fund.The study discusses the relationship between the Organizational trust and organizational effectiveness of Private Enterprises from the perspectives of Organizational Behavior,Management and Psychology,which are brand new perspectives for such kind of studies.It explores the factors of inherent instruction from multi-dimensional perspectives and forms the measuring scale.At the same time,it also explores the relationship between the Organizational trust and organizational effectiveness of Private Enterprises,which makes the result is helpful for the practice of managerial effectiveness of Organizational trust through the perfect ionization and upgrading of theories on organizational effectiveness.This research adopted questionnaire survey,semantic analysis,Generic analysis and Delphi method to explore the factors of inherent structure of the organization trust,made the evaluation tools for it,and then discussed the relationship between Organizational trust and organizational effectiveness through the measuring scale for the organization trust.The research randomly selected 500 samples from 4 province,470 valid.After descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the results were as follows:1,Through analysis of exploring factors and analysis of verifying factors,it discovered that Organizational trust had four factors:including vetical trust,horizontal trust,nonsystem trust and system trust。2,Based on the internal structure factors of Organizational trust it developed Organizational trust' Scale;And the testing showed the self-scale had good validity and reliability.3,Studied the relationship between the demology variable(individual background variable)and Organizational trust,it showed that there was prominent differentia between,OT and age;OT and education,OT and length of service however,there was no prominent differentia between OT and gender,OT and company scale。4,As a whole,there was positive correlation between Organizational trust and organizational effectiveness,and approved that dimension of Organizational trust(vetical trust,nonsystem trust and system trust)had forecast effect on organizational effectiveness The analysis of regression showed that vetical trust was the best predictor.The main limitations in this study mainly lie in that the sampling is not large enough,tracing research and experiment are absent,and some objective effect variables are not considered. Therefore,the future researches should make efforts on making the Organizational Trust Scale more perfect,,and adopting more methods and more variouse to carry out the project.
