Research On Beijing 's Circulation Modernization

The circulation industry is an important motive force of the modern economic and social development, and plays an important role carrier of city function. As the forerunner industry of the national economy, the circulation industry has gathered powerful economic penetration ability and driving effect, which has promoted the benign cycle of the whole economy. Deepen the circulation system reform and promote circulation modernization is a promise of regulating market order and also an economic task the high-level government clearly put forward. Under the background of the promoting role of circulation industry and the accelerating process of China’s regional economic integration, this paper will base on the global research results of the circulation modernization theory and the circulation modernization research methods to analyze the current situation and discuss the current problems of circulation modernization in Beijing.Also, this paper constructs a set comprehensive evaluation index system to evaluate the level of circulation modernization, including 5 indicators, 12 level two indexes. This system will be used to analyze and evaluate the level of circulation modernization in Beijing, then draws visual impression and relevant conclusions, and also specially put forward with advice and strategies to promote circulation modernization level of Beijing. This paper makes economic analysis on the development of circulation modernization in Beijing, including the analysis of position, the current situation and problems of Beijing circulation modernization. This part also collect and calculate the relevant data of Beijing circulation modernization, mainly including several dimensions: circulation scale index, circulation contribution index, circulation efficiency index, circulation system index and circulation method index. At the end, this paper puts forward suggestions on the development of Beijing circulation modernization based on the above analysis.
