In recent years, the Internet technology has great development, China has also ushered in the era of Internet banking. Internet banking with convenient mode of operation, low transaction costs and the diversification of financial products quickly win over a large number of customers, which gives the commercial banks, relying on the spread income and "wait for profits" for a long time,an impact and shock.These series of impact and shock contribute to the commercial banks to meet the demand of the market,innovate the services and products to consolidate their market position. The emergence of the Internet banking, is the opportunity or the overturn to the commercial banking system. Does the spoiler of non-financial institutions will lead to the reform of the China financial system? These all need to be studies. This dissertation will answer these questions through the theoretical and empirical analysis.This dissertation will first reviews the literature of the research on the Internet finance from domestic and abroad. Then elaborates the definition of Internet finance and the development of basic and theoretical support. Through the analysis of business model,revenue model and service model of Internet finance and commercial banking system to describe the theoretical impact of Internet finance to commercial banks. Through the empirical analysis, research whether the current Internet banking scale will have a positive impact or a negative impact to commercial banks. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research findings,offer some recommendations such as improving the regulation of Internet finance and deepening financial reform.
