With the rapid development of China’s economy, the financial market environment improved increasingly, the domestic financial firms try after water stage, start-up phase, is now in the stage of development and expansion. At the same time, along with the enterprise business ecosystem and its strategic adjustment, from the target customers to competitors, business model innovation has made financial enterprises competition increasingly surge. The so-called outside busy first, Ann, financial enterprise standardization management become one of the focuses of enterprises to improve the core competitiveness.
