In recent years, China’s telecommunications industry has developed rapidly, in 2013, as mobile 4 g licenses, the competition in telecommunication industry is increasingly white cosmetic, improve customer satisfaction has become a magic weapon of communications industry a new round of competition. To keep China mobile sustained advantage position in the market, must change the idea, take the customer as the center targeted to improve services, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Erdos mobile achieve good development in recent years, but the quality of the network, mobile Internet, sales promotion, etc, comparing with the other union cities and autonomous regions there is a certain gap, there is room for improvement. Under the environment of competition, improve customer satisfaction become the focus of a new round of competition, if we can’t very well solve these problems, will become the bottleneck which restrict the development of the Erdos mobile.Based on the "global" user as the research target, and starting from the actual,combing with the Erdos telecommunication industry situation in recent years, instructions the current Erdos "global" development under internal and external environment and competition situation. Build a satisfaction index system, adopt the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method for the first quarter of 2015 "global" customer satisfaction analysis of current situation and existing problems, sum up the necessity to improve Erdos "global" customers’s satisfaction, put forward the corresponding strategy.
