A Study On The Impact Of Internet Finance On China 's Commercial Banks

2013 is known as the "Internet finance first year", this year, the concept of the internet finance began to be known by people. In 2014, the internet finance is increasingly showing a strong influence, and caused a "catfish effect", the impact of which on the commercial banking business is also effective in promoting the transformation of innovative commercial banks. In this context, the paper studied the impact and extent of the specific impact of the Internet finance on the business of commercial banks. In this paper, we defined the concept of internet finance, found the difference between internet finance and the international of finance,and described the status quo of the development of the internet finance in China, while the internet finance and traditional commercial banks were analyzed. On this basis, this paper analyzed the impact of different business of commercial banks by the different business of the internet finance. By analyzing the results, the internet finance on the middle business of commercial banks is the biggest, and the other impact on the commercial banks is limited. Among them, Alipay, third-party payment platform and third-party sales platform, had the greatest impact on the commercial banking business. Finally, the paper put forward some countermeasures in the face of the challenges of the internet finance, that commercial banks should make.
