Research On Liquidity Risk Management Of China 's Enterprise Group Finance Company

As a product of economic development and financial innovation, the finance companies of enterprise group have been appeared for 20 years in China. As a tool of advancing structural transformation and speeding up financial-industrial combination of China’s lager enterprise group, it focusing on centralized capital management and improved financing efficiency of enterprise group. It could also promote the development of the enterprise group better and faster.To some extent, the financial company established as a media of the liquidity creation and transformation, the main significance is to ensure the capital liquidity of the group. However, with the business development of the company and expansion of the capital amount, financial company is gradually facing more and more liquidity risk in operation. If the liquidity risk of financial companies can not been identified and controlled effectively, financial company will not only have some negative effects, but also damage the credit and interest of the enterprise group and its member units.Therefore, enterprise group should pay more attention to the liquidity risk of financial company and strengthen the management of it. Based on the links of theory and the reality, the article first of all introducing the basic theory of the development of enterprise group finance companies; secondly, analyzing the current situation about development and liquidity of China’s finance companies.Thirdly, using a series of static index which could appraise the liquidity of financial institutions to evaluate the integral liquidity of China’s financial company, and then using the method of stress testing to investigate the financial company’s ability of resist risk in the extreme environments. Since then, this article has analyzed the present situation, problems and reason of the liquidity risk management in our country’s finance company of enterprise group, On the basic of identification,measure,and analysis of the liquidiy risk in our country’finance companies, the article putting forward some suggestions in strengthening the management of liquidity risk of China’s finance companies of enterprise group.
