In this study, the research object is L Company which is the world’s leadingconstruction machinery and power systems sales dealers, it is a medium-sizedforeign-funded enterprises. The purpose of this study is to establish a set ofBSC-based marketing staff performance management system for L Company. It canimprove the logical relationship between the company operational processes, improveoperational efficiency and effectively avoid risks.On the basis of a questionnaire survey, the survey results are analyzed bystatistical knowledge. The relevant evaluation indexes of the four levels are also beeffective selected. Balanced Scorecard-based performance management system isbuilt for L Company’s marketing staffs, which will not only provide support for thefuture sustainable development of L Company, but also provide a reference for thedevelopment of the same types of companies. |
