Study On Lean Production Of M Smelter

The lean management is the process control with flexibly organization aimingtoreduce the useless and wasted work in project process，with focus on leannotion. Thecore of lean production is lean thinking. Enterprise management learning is notthe "lean production" form, but the essence of thinking. This kind of thought, not onlycan be used for production,but also can be applied the enterprisemanagement process.This paper introduces the evolution history of lean production, deeply analyzethe core thought and characteristics of lean production, introduces the mode of leanproduction tools. At the same time, this paper introduces the present state of themetallurgical industry, the industry situation and M smelter production status, and theuse of SWOT analysis indicate that M smelter opportunities and threats,advantagesand disadvantages. Getting the final conclusion, M smelter is very suitable for theimplementation of lean production.Through early pre preparing, M smelter Has implemented the5S on-sitemanagement, major improvement project, visual factory, improve performanceofsystem, training and evaluation system of lean production, and achieved verygood management result and economic benefit. M smelter has set up the departmentof continuous improvement,responsible for the further implementation of leanproduction.At the same time we can see, the lean thinking has not extended to M smelterstrategy, human resources, financial management etc, which is the focus of thefollow-up study.I believe that through this detailed analysis and research, the resultsof this study will be provide certain theoretical reference and support to the Msmelter and many similar enterprises.
