| In the new century, with the domestic economy accelerating the pace of development, land fragmentation has seriously hampered to the promotion of high-tech and modern management in agriculture. Therefore, the process of solving the land issue highlighting China’s economic development is an important aspect of the relationship of rapid economic development. Currently, most of the studies were considered domestic economic growth and land, especially agricultural land occupation is highly correlated.(Related research shows that after the reform and the following25years (1980-2005), China’s economic growth in the economy per every1%will occupy about30acres of agricultural land.) So in the vast northwest land of energy development in key areas, is there a trend? In this paper, we take Yuyang District as a case study, which located in Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner border. This article is based on the status quo of China’s modern agricultural development and land circulation. Through the Yuyang fieldwork and data collection and Yuyang land usage systems analysis, and analyzed the Yuyang farmland occupation and GDP growth correlations obtained from Yuyang’s arable land occupation, we found such a vastly different conclusion that the correlation between farmland and GDP is very low. The main reason is that many of the new industrial land is cultivated sandy land, other than occupied much of the original farmland. On the other hand, research found that the land circulation after the introduction of modern management mode, agricultural productivity has been greatly improved, while the unit input costs have decreased significantly compared to the previous traditional farming, reflecting the scale impact of modern agriculture. Based on the research results, this study suggests that modern agriculture and land circulation of Yuyang development should be:according to the local conditions, with modern technology and modern management, drive Yuyang land circulation. |
