| This paper studies the root cause of the menthol oil price fluctuation and the root cause of menthol oil quality instability in flavor and fragrance industry.This paper explains how to use commodity tool to hedge the risk of menthol oil price fluctuation and how to use statistical process control method to monitor the quality status of menthol oil. The paper also analyzes the feasibility of using AHP method to screen the local menthol venders.Besides the aforementioned analyses this paper explains the benefit on the menthol oil management after the ERP system being introduced. |
