| With the development of economic globalization, as well as the economic and financial integration, the enterprise value maximization has gradually become the strategic objectives of the business in the face of increasingly fierce market competition. The value of the business is the present value of its future cash flows, and the value is the indicator of corporate profitability and core competencies. Besides, the value embodies the interests of corporate stakeholders. Corporate Valuation is the base of the value management. Accompanied by the deepening of the process of economic globalization and economic integration, China will become one of the important markets for international capital stationed, whether Chinese enterprises "going out", or international capital "bringing", in order to achieve a fair and equitable trading needs reasonable and scientific assessment of enterprise value.The needs based on this reality, the author does this study on the theory and method of valuation, and the specific cases enterprise valuation analysis, to explore ideas and methods for valuation of listed companies in China, in the hope that the result can provide investors with useful reference for investing, also to provide with the actual operation for our enterprise value assessment.This paper based on Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction&Decoration Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as gold mantis or gold mantis company), in the hope that the results of this study to be beneficial to the Gold Mantis inside and outside decision-makers and future value development strategy. Internal managers can refine the company’s development strategy based on this assessment result, to enable enterprises to maximize the value; the outside investors can make scientific and rational investment decisions based on the assessment results. In addition, I also hope that this article on the Gold Mantis case studies can play a certain role in promoting the development of the assessment of the industry in China. |
