China’s ornament decoration circle has enjoyed a fast development during the pasttwenty years, while the market competition environment becomes more and more fierceand competition methods used are more or less the same. Many companies want to raisetheir competence by using brand however their brand management models have beenagainst their brand construction practices. As for them the key in achieving sustainabledevelopment is to carry out brand strategy practices in all ways.Taken gold mantis as a case study and based on brand theories, this article hascarefully studied the gold mantis’ disadvantages of brand construction, therefore brings outsix suggestions to perfect its brand strategy like planning brand vision, finding core brandvalue, building brand identification system, perfecting brand structure, building brandorganization and using marketing and three means like focusing on quality, dealing withbrand crises and using brand innovation to perfect its brand strategy. I sincerely wish thisresearch could help gold mantis and other ornament decoration companies to accomplishbetter developments.
