The real estate industry has always been an important part of our national economic development, along with the establishment and perfect to the system of the socialist market economy, real estate industry gradually realized the fierce market competition and the sense of urgency. Human resources as the first resource of the enterprise, which is the foundation to form the core competitiveness, human resource is becoming more and more attention by many enterprises. At present, the real estate industry is generally faced with the problem of brain drain, this problem has also become a bottleneck that restricts the survival and development of real estate industry.This article mainly studies the Z real estate group (company)’s problem of brain drain by using a lot of ways like literature review, questionnaire survey and analysis the turnover data of the Z group (company) in2013.And also these problems make the Z group (company) in talent management, credit, information, finance, brand and other aspects in crisis, also influence the Z group (company) of strategic management and the development of internal. Through the survey founded those leads to Z group (company) property of the main causes of talent loss are:the Z group (company) is lack of standard human resources management mode and cohesive corporate culture, personal factors and other reasons. In order to solve this problem effectively, this article puts forward the following suggestions: established a scientific and rational human resources management system, a "people-oriented" enterprise culture in the interior to retain employees; changing the concept of talent people more to adapt the development of society and industry, to achieve zero distance communication. In the Z group (company) on the basic problem of brain drain, hope more standardized human resource management within the company, to provide good support for the practice of human resources management mode of the real estate industry; to further enrich the theory of human resource management, Z real estate group (company) daily recruitment and training to guide and reference. Make the company toward to the direction of scientific, reasonable and standard, promote the business for the company to provide good professional support and also provide a reference for other companies. Based on the studies, it is revealed that the situation of human resources management of the Z group (company)The stability and development of the Z group (company) staff, reasonable flow keep internal staff, attract and retain talent better, promote the healthy development of the Z group (company), let the company economic benefits, social benefits, brand benefits are better and faster development.
