In order to improve the competitiveness of the power supply company, the power supply company must strengthen its business management further.This article is based on this background, taking Yangzhou power grid as research case, the refine management of secondary equipment was studied. At present, the characteristics of the secondary equipment management of Yangzhou power grid is great workload, high technical requirement. On the one hand, with the continuous expansion of power grid, the number of power equipment is increasing rapidly; on the other hand, with constantly updated technology, the technical level of power grid equipment is improving greatly, using traditional equipment management pattern couldn’t meet the needs of power grid development. In order to solve this problem, we must explore new methods for the management of the secondary equipment of Yangzhou power grid.On the base of analysis of equipment refine management internal and foreign, using the methods of questionnaire survey, expert interview, document research method, the problems of the existing secondary equipment management are analyzed and summarized, the old way of management, management organization change frequently, the quality of construction isn’t very good, the purpose of maintenance isn’t clear, the performance management isn’t reasonable. According to requirement of the refine management, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the whole process of secondary equipment management. Aiming at the defects of equipment processing problems, the method of defects of equipment refine management is presented in this paper, through the establishment of work leading group, four level of defect analysis mode, work flow of defect treatment, evaluation method of defect, to reduce the defects of secondary equipment.
