Countries took part in the international competitiveness of today’s fierce competition,whose economic standard is the most powerful guarantee. The rational allocation of talent relatesthe sustainable development of economy in our country, for our country in the fierceinternational competition to provide strong intellectual support and backing.The trend of the information revolution, in the21st century knowledge economy era, is theincreasing demand for talent. As we all know, the cultivation of the talent education, especiallythe development of higher education is more important. But at present in our country is facing abig problem, a great quantity of college graduates cannot be solved properly. Number ofgraduates will also increase year by year, China’s economic transformation is the immediateproblem, on this issue, and whether our country could keep our economic with steadydevelopment is an important event, which decides our society how to deal with the relationshipbetween the international and domestic. Party and the country attached great importance to thisproblem, also is not only to improve the employment from the number, but more attention to theimprovement of quality, in the current society, how to solve the employment situation, especiallyhow to realize the college graduates to achieve better employment, is the requirement of thedemand for talents in the new period, but also the knowledge economy era of the party and thecountry put forward new challenge. Under the number of graduates increased year by year, theshow is under the background of the transformation and upgrading of China’s industry in ourcountry needs to solve the problem. This problem concerns the economy will achieve sustainedand stable development of our country, concerning social stability, is our country how to dealwith the relationship between the international and domestic a big event.This paper adopted literature study, on the basis of the existing related research for thecurrent problem of university graduate employment under the background of industrialtransformation and upgrading of the further research, And by adopting the method of descriptivestudy method and comprehensive method combining, from the aspects of the existing literatureand survey data, and specific analysis of the present situation of the employment of universitygraduates and the main problems, From the aspects such as society, college and graduatesthemselves, puts forward the comprehensive strategy.In this paper, based on the relevant theory of Marx about the employment and the theory of western economics related jobs as theory premise, from the state, the labor market, high schooland the college graduates themselves, and combining with the current situation of our countryemployment environment, the major policies of the state of the current college graduates’employment problem has made the preliminary analysis and discussion.
