Research On Industrial Transformation Policy Of Qitaihe City

As the second batch of resource exhausted city, Qitaihe is facing the urgentproblems in the industrial transformation. This is a major problem relates to the citysocial and economic development. The industrial transformation has a direct impact oneconomic development and social stability. This paper chooses Qitaihe’s industrytransformation policy as the research object, using literature method, investigationmethod, access to relevant data and information, using inductive method, comparativeanalysis and other methods to carry on the data and information. Through the analysis,this article summarized a series of problems facing the industry transformation inQitaihe from the transformation of industry environment. On this basis, this paperanalysis the reasons of industrial transformation in Qitaihe from a policy perspective.Lacking of systematicness and pertinence,the policy did not reflect the "have" and "havenot" properties.According to the deficiency, the general principle and the construction,the paper puts many suggestions on industrial transformation. Such suggestions willprovide the corresponding reference to the policy makers of city industry transformationin Qitaihe.
