| As the central government financial income continues to expand,publicexpenditure plays a more important role in keeping economic growth.However,thestructure of public expenditure is the most important.Because the government canimprove economice by changing and optimizing the structure ofpublic expenditure,which given the maintaining the scale of governmentexpenditure.This article analyze relationship between public expenditure and theeconomic growth from the theoretical,optimizating public structure policy from theempirical analysis at the same time.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts.In the introduction I putsforward why the government want to make structure of public expenditure adjustmentand analyzes the present situation of fiscal spending. The first chapter reviews thetheory between domestic and foreign structure of public expenditure and economicgrowth,then analysis the general relationship between the structure of publicexpenditure and economic growth. The second chapter analysis the mechanism of thepublic expenditure on economic growth.The third chapter by constructing the centralgovernment productive model and Join local government spending in the centralgovernment of the model, analysising relationship between the central governmentspending and the economic growth from the multiple perspectives. The fourth partanalysis relationship between the central government expenditure structure andlong-term economic growth by using China’s1978-2011years of economic data.Thefifth part puts forward relevant policy suggestions for measuring conclusion. |
