A Study On The Countermeasures Of Ecological Development In Panshan County

Panshan County is an agriculture-oriented county, and the agricultural acreage of Panshan is850,000mu. Food, aquatic product, livestock and vegetables are the dominant industry in Panshan. However, with the expanding economic and chemical industry in the local areas, industrial pollution becomes a threat to the local agriculture. What’s worse, the tillage method is out of date and industrial structure is simple in Panshan. As a result, the agricultural disaster happens frequently, which hinders the development of the local agriculture. Therefore, how to accelerate the agricultural transformation is an urgent problem. Firstly, this paper mainly analyzes the agricultural production and environment in Panshan. And then this paper summarizes problems that exists in Panshan. Based on the advanced experiences of America and Japan, this paper proposes a series of suggestions to the environment-friendly economic development. The suggestions are as followed:the dynamic integration of ecological resources and agricultural productions, focusing on the environmental protection and rescue, leveraging the above mentioned dynamic integration, and increasing the allowance in food production. Based on the analysis of the current agricultural situation in Panshan County, this paper contributes to the local agricultural development greatly. In addition, this paper provides ideas, strategies, and references to the agricultural development in Panshan County, which forms a thinking framework, the theory and the practice of the local agricultural development.
