| According to the Beijing city master plan (2004-2020)", Beijing mentougou district in Beijing, is maintaining ecological underdeveloping of favorable environment for important eco barrier. This paper used the analytic hierarchy process, analysis the mentougou district vigorously developing the ecological restoration generated ecological, economic and social benefits, mainly adopts multi-objective (layers) process (AHP) and set up a corresponding indexes of screening the index system. The processing of results by weighting method and practical survey expert with the method of analytic comprehensive evaluation indexes of vallely empowerment, makes every effort to make the result more objective.Results show that the mentougou district through the ecological restoration in each index made notable effect, strengthen the ecological system of vallely repair and protection, has the extremely vital significance. Therefore, to continue to strengthen the protection of the ecological environment, establishing resource saving social production and consumption system, to increase the transfer payment dynamics, establishing ecological restoration and ecological compensation related system, etc. |
