Research On Operational Risk Management Of Agricultural Bank YN Branch Based On Background Concentration

In the world development trend of economic and financial integration, domestic commercial banks are facing increasingly fierce competition, which also management level commercial banks raised new demands. In this context, centralized management platform as the core banking business process activities after the implementation of domestic commercial banks have to adapt to changing economic and financial development.Commercial banks are operating risk for the main business of business organization. All along, the market risk and credit risk are the bank’s risk management a top priority. However, entering the21st century, with external fraud, illegal trading of employees, employee partnership frequent cases of fraud and other commercial banks are also gradually emphasis on prevention and control of operational risk. In the external environment require commercial banks to have to make changes on the occasion, how to intensified commercial banks operational risk events more efficient management, has become an urgent need for research.In this paper, the Agricultural Bank of China branch of the study sample YN, combining commercial bank operating risks related to the theory, the introduction YN branches operating platform to implement centralized management background, basic content, and its impact on the basis of business on the analysis before and after the implementation of the new management platform changes in operational risk, combined with the actual branch management YN, YN branch design background centralized operational risk management process management mode, that YN branch effectively promote operational risk management process background centralized management mode, improve the efficiency of operational risk management to provide a reference. Finally, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to ensure the YN or branch operational risk management background to effectively promote centralized management mode, respectively, from the banking structure, internal control, business operations, human resources, corporate culture, business development and information communication mechanism of transparency of governance.
