In the current era of knowledge economy background, because knowledge workers to master the more advanced technical skills and cultural knowledge, production and operation of enterprises can bring significant contribution to knowledge workers through knowledge and skills for their own use, the continuous innovation, value, key enterprises to become the core competitiveness of the market; incentives for knowledge workers has been the industry entrepreneurs to focus on management, psychology experts and scholars.Article first describes the background and significance of ideas and methods, research papers, etc., to collate and review of the literature; then the concept of knowledge workers to make the relevant definition of incentive introduced the classic motivational theory and related knowledge workers principles and theories, but also on the important role of high-tech talent elaborate theories.The next article is mainly carried out on KM enterprise knowledge workers the incentive status and problem analysis, from elaborate KM Company Profile, knowledge workers to proceed profile, combined with the results of the analysis as well as knowledge-based interviews employee satisfaction survey results analysis KM Enterprise Knowledge staff Motivation situation and problems, and finally analyze the reasons KM enterprise knowledge workers incentive problems.Finally, based on a knowledge-based companies raised KM enhance staff motivation principles, from salary, personal development, corporate work itself and four corporate work environment were given specific strategies KM enterprise knowledge-based employee incentive promotion.
