Then the informational work of the tobacco enterprise appears to be very important and necessary..In the article, demand analysis and system design of an information system were researched deeply, relevant knowledge and theories about monitoring of changes inside the tobacco enterprise were researched and learned and an interior tobacco supervision system of the Qujing tobacco company was analyzed in combination with actual requirements for management work of the informationization department of Qujing tobacco enterprise. Through research and analysis of a tobacco acquisition and management system, rationalization proposals for local tobacco production, acquisition and management work and constructive comments for update and perfection of tobacco acquisition and management system software were put forward. In addition, beneficial references were also provided for popularization and application of other management information systems.In the article, theories and methods of literatures related to the subject were researched with research methods such as a literature research method, an investigation analysis method and an experience summary method. Relevant histories and information about current interior supervision during tobacco acquisition were analyzed and arranged in a purposeful, planned and systematic way. A practical process of tobacco acquisition was analyzed and summarized. A scheme for an interior supervision and change early-warning information system was realized in combination with management experience and practice experience of working in the informationization department of Qujing tobacco enterprise after systematic investigation of relevant basic data of all the tobacco working stations and tobacco acquisition spots.Through analysis and design in the article, a design scheme for a tobacco acquisition supervision system based on WEB was put forward through application of techniques such as software mode design, UML, WEB, J2EE, database and information safety. Monitoring of abnormal situations in management of a tobacco acquisition process was realized. Techniques such as a proxy cache and a database connection pool were used to increase access performance of the database. In addition, application of JDBC and data access was optimized and a fundamental objective of the tobacco acquisition and management system software was realized.Violations against regulations and disciplines during tobacco acquisition were timely and effectively restrained according to abnormal data by extracting data in key business links during the tobacco acquisition process, forming an essential dataset and implementing supervision of data information of links with probability in problem occurrence. With the implementation and promotion of the early-warning system, effective management and supervision of a whole process before, during and after production and operation behaviors of the tobacco enterprise were realized; construction of a long-term mechanism of interior monopoly management and supervision of the tobacco enterprise was further perfected and promoted; a working level of interior monopoly management was further promoted; national interests as well as interests of consumers and tobacco growers were practically maintained; a tobacco monopoly system was consolidated and perfected; continuous and healthy development of the industry is promoted; and a good social image was set up.
