Research On The Management Mode Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

Land circulation and agricultural cooperatives are key programs to develop agricultural economy based on a land scale advantage. Both, however, have currently encountered significant obstacles. This research investigates problems with the process of pushing through land circulation and agricultural cooperatives. Using combined methods of literature survey and case studies, I record the historical development of agricultural cooperatives in Hetao area, with a specific focus on the analysis of their current status, typical characteristics, and the major problems facing the ongoing land circulation process. I also identify their future development trend and point out some possible solutions based this analysis:i. To strengthen training guidance for improving the quality of the professional cooperation organization leaders, pay more attention to the construction of human capital; Conducive the beneficial outside capital environment for the smooth development of agricultural professional cooperatives, to improve the internal promoting mechanism of accumulation and the growing economic strength of the cooperation organization; To carry out the cooperative profit sharing policies, to protect the right of gaining most benefits.ii. the government need to pursue active industrial policy, financial support policy and tax policy.iii. To create a scientific operation model of the combination of land circulation and cooperative operation.To combine the members interests with cultivating core industry and core leadership; To promote the joint development of the industrialization via cooperating with the other cooperatives, and realize the scale management.
