As an essential function of modern business management, performance management has been widely studied in theory and practice, but there are still many problems in the system of designing, building and implementation of the process. In particular, some enterprises do not depart from the actual situation of enterprises themselves in the performance management process, and blindly introduce the existing performance management program. But it did not play exploit performance management’s advantages to the full; as a result, they undermine the company’s human resource management system and harm the interests of the company as a whole.
