But with the popularity of the commercial life insurance life insurance products,government regulators and consumers gradually discovered, hidden in theinsurance to serve as the contract products under the mode of consumer rights violations are also increasingly prominent. Insurance=marketing,insurance to buy hard to compensate also gradually become a disgracefullabel in commercial life insurance industry. Then from the current regulatorypolicy and regulatory instruments to carry out, and analysis of typical case analysis and game, reflect the existing regulatory means of life insuranceindustry in Chongqing governance effect. Then through the comparative study, to show the effective supervision system in developed countries, as well as the effective means of governance in other industries. Finally,combined with the current situation, the commercial life insurance consumer protection from the legal system, strengthen the information disclosure, rich the means of supervision; encourage insurance companies to improve sales and appraisal system, rich insurance products, the industry to reducemutual loss; strengthen consumer education, emphasizes the spirit of contract, put forward suggestions to strengthen the positive publicity.
