With the increase in economy of China, financial reform and enterprise upgrading transformation become the focus in the reform of economic system. The enterprise has become an irreversible trend to the development of large-scale, international Group. And as a service to the group of non-banking financial institutions--financial companies of enterprise groups, has become a key node of this revolution. Relying on the group and providing financial management to the grope, finance company aims at strengthening the financial resources management, enterprising groups to improve the fund use efficiency, reducing the cost of capital, promoting enterprise integration, in addition the innovation and development of financial characteristics of the company’s financial products and diversified financial services to China’s financial market will play a positive role in promoting. Therefore, there is important and practical significance in actual operation mode of financial company.This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign financial companies’ currently operating mode, summed up the valuable experience in the development of the future.
