In the wave of rapid development of the world economy, the enterprise graduallyinto the Group-centric era,and has become an irreversible trend to the developmentof large-scale, international Group. There are Significant differences between GroupManagement and a single enterprise management, the large number of members ofthe Enterprise Group units, the wide geographical distribution, the scattered resources,are not easy to control, causing Group headquarters can not fully grasp the resourcesituation of the member units, the organization coordinating is difficult to control theoperation of the member units effectively, the higher management costs, the lowermanagement efficiency. And the financial resources is the lifeblood of enterprise,which should bear the brunt of capital resource integration of the Group Management.Financial resource integration achieve the effective concentration of the wholegroup’s capital with rational subject, suitable model, specific means. And then unifiedmonitoring, centralized clearing, unified risk management to capital, finally capitalresource integration can promote the industrial capital and financial capital closelyand develop further. On this premise, the author combines the world’s leadingfinancial resource integration way-Treasurer type financial resource management asthe goal, to carry out the treasurer type financial resource management researchwhich is suitable for the development of the F Group.The treasurer type financial resource management is not only a kind of newcapital method, but also is a new kind of management.It is different from theprevious traditional financial management method. Treasurer financial resource management will extend the key to the capital centralized control in the process ofimplementation. Through the capital centralized control, transforming capital intoresources, finally realizing both the group headquarters and subsidiaries in the valuechain agree with the same strategic terms. Which can allocate the group resourcesrationally on the global scale, at the same time, control risk effectively even thoughwhen international financial environment change, and implement effective control tofinancial asset.The purpose of this thesis is to study the F group’s financial resource integrationsituation and find the countermeasures regarding this. The paper is on the basis oftheory research of financial resource integration and analysis of function of financialcompany. From F group’s financial resource integration situation, to elicit treasurertype financial resource integration which is suitable for F group’s developmentstrategy. Then from the basic concept of treasurer type financial resourcemanagement, to analyze the treasurer type financial resource management through thesuccessful case of enterprise group. After that, design the suitable financial resourcesframework and specific content of F group, and puts forward specific safeguardmeasures in the implementation of F group ‘s treasurer type financial resourcemanagement to ensure the smooth implementation within F Group.
