Since the liberation of the whole of China, China attaches great importance tothe development of industry, especially the development of heavy industry, andindustrial are mainly concentrated in the cities, have the priority to thedevelopment of city, but at the time of the environment, the national capital islimited, had to take the sacrifice of agricultural policy, constantly draw moneyfrom agriculture, injected into the development of industry, and at the beginningof the reform of the household registration system, of rural surplus labor couldnot full to the industry, the rural cannot share the development of the city, unableto receive the same benefits and citizens in the city, these caused the foundationof the urban and rural economy, and with the development of economy, the trendof this gap has been widening.Now, the widening gap between the urban and rural areas, which seriouslyrestricts the sustainable development of the economy in our country, to becomeworthy of the name of "short board" in the economic development, at the sametime and the widening income gap between urban and rural areas at the sametime, the problems of the gap of the gap between rich and poor, constantlychallenge the harmonious development of society, has caused a lot of socialproblems and social chaos. Therefore, widening development gap betweenurban and rural areas the problem has become a common concern of wholesociety, and become to realize the harmonious development of society, solvesocial chaos, the only way to achieve the goal of sustainable economicdevelopment.This article is an empirical analysis of the income gap between urban and ruralareas in yunnan province and the research, quotes from1990to2012, theincome of urban and rural areas in yunnan province, first using the fitting trendand ARIMA model of yunnan’s current gap between urban and rural areas madea analysis, has made the forecast, and the trend of the development and use ofyunnan in2011data of the main factors of economic development betweenurban and rural areas, the urban and rural economic development factors,respectively, using principal component analysis and multiple regressionanalysis, find out the some factors affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas in yunnan province. Then, the main conclusions and policySuggestions.The results show that the income gap between urban and rural areas inyunnan province was constantly widening, forecast result, such as no policychanges, the income gap between urban and rural areas in yunnan province willbe widened continuously. Through principal component analysis, the10factorscombined into two factors, which of the two factor regression analysis with theincome ratio between urban and rural areas in yunnan province, to find variousfactors in the role of residents’ income gap between urban and rural areas inyunnan province, distinguish between the size of the effect of various factors.Therefore, at this stage of the development of the country is heavily dependenton urban development and generate income for rural reverse feeding, unable tointernal circulation itself, which is caused by historical conditions and thedevelopment of China’s unique process, have a certain inevitability, but in thelong run, the continually expanding gap between the urban and rural areas,which we cannot be content with the status quo, must propose solutions, makethe economic development of China as soon as possible across the stage,narrow the gap between urban and rural, solve the increasingly serious socialproblem, so we must to try for the transformation of the economic development ofrural structure, to close the gap, make rural sustainable development economicmodel...
