| Electric power industry has changed dramatically with the rapid growth of nationaleconomy; especially the fiercer market competition resulting from the reform measurescarried out by the government. As for how to exist and develop in present intenseenvironment, the mangers of power enterprises have to conduct strategic research andlong-term development planning that will enable the enterprises to remain invincible. Thedevelopment strategic research of Kailuan Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd is proposed in thesituation of such intense competition.Firstly, as for the common problems in the strategic establishment and the choice ofelectric power enterprises under the intense market condition this paper puts forward thatit is necessary for a power enterprise to work out development measures according to itsadvantage and disadvantage if it wants to develop and to be greatly strong by analyzingthe current situations of electric power industry at home and abroad.Secondly, by making use of SWOT correlation analysis, this paper analyzes theinternal and external development environment of Kailuan Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd indetail, such as political environment, economic environment, social environment,technological environment and so on, in order to make sure the advantage, disadvantage,opportunity and challenge that the enterprise are confronted with at present. KailuanThermoelectricity Co., Ltd has to solve some problems if it wants to stand out in powerindustry and accelerate the pace of improvement.Thirdly, this paper explores the implement of strategic management concept in theenterprise and the choice of development strategy orientation by utilizing the strategicmanagement theory in light of the characteristic of this enterprise.In conclusion, this paper puts forward some practical strategic measures for thelong-term development of Kailuan Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd by analyzing and carryingout the resource integration strategy. |
