There is a great development of pharmaceutical market of China in recent years.With the strong market demand and the support of government policy,pharmaceutical companies have mushroomed rapidly increased.The pharmaceutical companies have vigorously new pharmaceutical logistics center,pharmaceutical logistics has been rapidly developed.In the fierce competition environment,the primary goal to develop the pharmaceutical logistics is that how to decrease the coat of pharmaceutical logistics during the market war.Pharmaceutical distribution plays a key role in the pharmaceutical logistics activities,besides,the cost of Pharmaceutical distribution account for a larger proportion of logistics costs.Efficient distribution network design and reasonable arrangements for vehicle distribution routes play a vital role in in saving the delivery time,reducing the logistics cost of the pharmaceutical logistics enterprises,improving the service quality and enhancing the market competitiveness of the enterprises.Based on the above background,this paper takes KX Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the research object to study the company's distribution path optimization problem by combing with the research results of logistics distribution route optimization at home and abroad.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the related theories of medical logistics,vehicle routing and TMS problems.At the same time,each objective function value is processed by dimensionless method,and then the problem is transformed into a single objective problem by using the linear weighted sum method it analyzes the current situation of the distribution of the company,and establishes the vehicle routing problem model under the constraints of the time windrow.The goal of the model is to find the optimal route with the least total travel distance,the least total travel time and the least cost of time to meet the needs of customers.Thirdly,we sole the model by using MATLAB.Under the contrast between the optimization options,it can be seen that the distribution path optimization model has certain practical significance for enterprises to reduce operating costs and improve customer satisfaction.
