Participatory budget attract public voluntary participation, promote the budget transparency, effectively prevent corruption, activation of the supervision function of people’s Congress, promote democracy at the grassroots level construction, promote the reform of political system.This article is based on the analysis of Wenling participatory budget experience, from the public participation,the public finance supervision,the principle of information disclosure to analyze the shortage of current budget,providing some constructive suggestions.
