With the rapid development of higher vocational education, and increasing attention on higher vocational education, higher vocational education quality have faced intense scrutiny. As the most important link in training practice of higher vocational education, vocational training affect the quality of teaching in higher vocational education. Based on the experiential learning theory and SEE experiential instructional design, combining with the characteristics of higher vocational students, experiential higher vocational training teaching design is put forward, and applied in ‘ASP.NET’ curriculum practice.This paper carries on with literature review, survey research and so on. Literature review is used on collecting and analyzing the connotation and characteristics of experiential learning, ’experiential learning cycle’, SEE experiential instructional design. Taking interviews and questionnaires of students and teacher in order to understand the situation and characteristics of higher vocational professional training. From the perspective of theoretical research, this paper has analyzed the common ground between experiential learning and higher vocational training, which provided support for applying experiential learning theory to higher vocational training practice. The basic idea of designing the experiential instructional mode is a three step process, which included the device of teaching objective, teaching activities and teaching evaluation. The basic framework of designing the experiential instructional mode is ’SEE’, and its core idea is centering on a specific theme, creating the learning environment which supports experimental learning, designing experimental activities. Based on the three step process of instructional design, ‘SEE’ teaching mode and the characteristic of higher vocational colleges students, this paper put forward experiential higher vocational training teaching design, and applied in ‘ASP.NET’ curriculum practice. Applying the experiential vocational training teaching mode and the tradition teaching mode to ‘ASP.NET’ curriculum in different classes of Yunnan agricultural vocational and technical college. Though contrast analysis, the experimental instructional teaching mode has superiority in improving professional ability and professional quality.The previous research, based on experimental learning theory, provided the methodological suggestions in higher vocational training, which had some guiding function in this paper. On the basis of predecessors study, it provides a workable and systematic teaching model for higher vocational training from the perspective of practice, and a reference and promoted case in higher vocational training.
