Analysis And Design Of Housing Loan Management System

With the rapid development of the financial industries, especially the banking and the housing industry, the loan demand of individuals to purchase housing is increasing, and the loan amount of banks is dramatic increasing. The former approval efficiency of bank business can’t satisfy all customers’business needs. At the same time, the former approval mode of the housing loans can’t adapt to the needs of the development banks. According to the survey of loan approval process, the analysis and design of the housing loan approval are given, can help improve the overall efficiency of the bank.This article describes the project background and the research significance of the loan management system. Also,the main work and research structure of this paper are identified, on the basis of it, this thesis selects suitable develop method and develop technology for the system. Through the demand analysis, the thesis identifies the main business processes, business functions and data needs of the loan management.In the business analysis, the housing loan major business processes, business functions and data needs are clearly.In the function analysis, through use cases and use case description of the functions of the system were clearly. In the data analysis, through the concept of class diagrams and associated system class diagram clearly showing abbreviations various data systems need to be addressed. This article uses UML modeling and database technology to design the various processes and details of loan management system. Part of the overall design of the overall system shown in FIG feature pack, sub-function package diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams core processes.
