Lighting Emitting Diode is a new type of semiconductor solid-state lighting source, with the situation of global energy tensions, because of its environment protection and energy security features, the Lighting Emitting Diode gradually has been more and more popular. The research of lighting emitting diode is also constantly deepen. The first time people use Lighting Emitting Diode as a tool of lighting is in the fifty of last century. After that, Lighting Emitting Diode becomes more and more popular in the history of lighting.For LED lighting, the drive power is important as the equivalent to the importance of the human heart. For the current status of LED lighting, one of the most important reason that restricting the development of LED is the development of LED driving power’s technology. In this paper, we analysed the LED driving circuit in a detail, based on a starting point which the LED lighting have a strong competitive at the market in the future, we designed a LED driving power. For the LED driving power, the main circuit is the flyback circuit and the way of control is digital control.In this paper firstly introduced the characters and advantages of LED lighting. Then introduced its development process and application and analysed the analog driving power’s disadvantages. Combined with the current development of digital control technology, determined the direction of research in this paper.Then introduced the light-emitting principle of LED lighting. Emphasized the LED driving power’s common topology. LED driving power’s topologies can be divided into switching and non-switching type. Switching type contains Boost, Buck, Boost-Buck and Flyback topologies. According to the LED lighting’s electrical characteristics and design requirements, determined the switching current source as the design way of LED. This paper analyzes the active PFC and passive PFC’s characters, identified as the control chip with NCP1653 active power factor correction circuit. Then in order to solve the problem of electromagnetic interference, designed the electromagnetic interference filter circuit. And focus on the main parameters of the entire electronics circuit inductors, capacitors, transformers and other computing gives a detailed introduction.Giving the detailed method of software for the LED lighting. Compared with the imprecise and complex devices of analog driving power, the digital power is more accurate and stable.At last used the Power Simulation software to simulate the LED’s main circuit. Analysed the characters of APFC’s waves and make a comparison with no PFC’s circuit. Analysed the relationship of the final constant current output waves and PWM’s waves.
