At present, in all areas of the world have entered the period of rapid development, comprehensive national strength growing prosperity along with the national communications from 1G to 4G technology, and the "Internet+" put on the major strategic of national development, which taking more and more attention on development of the technology. But we can also see that with the rapid development of society, the contradiction between public demand and the supply of technology is also increasingly and so as to the cognitive radio. Updating technology requires keep up with the pace of the word, but changes in technology are need the perfect technology as a guarantee. In our country we are also facing a shortage of resources particularly for per capita resources utilization is low. As accelerating urbanization, more and more cities become particularly crowded, and the wireless communication in that background needs to be adjusted in the development of the social environment changes.Cognitive radio technology burdened with the historical responsibility of resolving spectrum resource utilization. This paper aims to explore another new perspective. As to the efforts of many scholars make cognitive radio spectrum algorithms become matures but the reach of dense coverage is relatively small. Therefore, this article will investigate the spectrum sharing problems in cognitive dense scene cellular.First, the paper focuses on core technology, development trends and so on. By introducing the basics, then analyzes the significance of this study.Secondly, highlights the core technology including spectrum sensing, spectrum allocation, sharing and introduced multi-antenna systems, power control theory. On this basis, we constructed a three-dimensional dense covering, use 3D beamforming and combining spatial satellite beamforming, present a new optimized 3D beamforming. The algorithm can get optimize performance in a such situation and has been verified by simulation.Finally, in a three-dimensional dense scene, in the realization of the coverage under the premise of optimizing performance, this paper put further research in spectrum sharing mechanism at the scene. A new hybrid spectrum sharing mechanism has proposed, which deal with the deficiencies in the traditional spectrum sharing mode in the mixed mechanism flexibly. And this joint subcarrier and power allocation has achieved performance improvement of spectrum sharing system under intensive three-dimensional scene.
