Research And Analysis On The Library Management System Of Lijiang City

With the development of computer technology, the school library automation, networking, digitalization has become more and more obvious. Because the demand for cultural information of students increased, the school has been unable to meet the students’learning, reading and information demand in the traditional system to meet the increase in school books and students to borrow the amount of growth. At present, most of the library management systems have to deal with a large amount of data, complete function. But this system costs are generally very expensive, and need professional management personnel to operate. The No.1 high school of Old Town Lijiang existence of funds shortage, lack of professional management staff, the number of the books in the library and borrow books people compared to other schools are not much and so on. So, the large library management system is adaptability of low for our school. The paper, I will accord the basic requirements of modern library management system to design. With the No.1 high school of Old Town in Lijiang library management system as the research object to research and analysis.This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of the No.1 high school of Old Town in Lijiang library management system, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes are given. In the function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case descriptions, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams, including the books purchase, books cataloging, periodical management, books circulation, online public directory inquiry. In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity class relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’ structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
