With the rapid development of modern Internet communication, information and communication are increasingly penetrated into every aspect of people’s life. The means of information transmission has also developed from the single World Wide Web to the mobile phone of wireless communication. Now, the mainstream wireless communication technology is the third and the fourth generation mobile communication technology. At the same time, with the development of wireless communication technology, information security issues have becoming increasingly prominent. The effective way to solve the kind of problem is to encrypt information. At present, there are many kinds of cipher algorithm in the world, which are used in wireless communication. Among them, the sequence algorithm of ZUC developed by our country has been successfully applied in 4G wireless communication. The traditional statistical survey method for judging the quality of the sequence generated by an encryption algorithm is, using a segment of the intercepted sequence code as the detection sequence. Then, the detection sequence is detected by the method of NIST detection standard. Getting a value of Pvalue. Finally, judging the value of Pvalue. In this paper, based on the NIST detection standard, a new method of system test model was adopted, which was used to carry out the systematic randomness test of the lot stream generated by the ZUC algorithm. The long sequence which is generated by ZUC algorithm, cipher was divided into several sub sequences by a controllable grouping method. Then, using a test method of three of the NIST test standard:the sequence detection, accumulation and detection as well as the frequency of the block detection, to test these sub sequences. Using these three methods as the core, through the detection of each field to generate a number of the value of Pvalue. Then these values of Pvalue used the projection formula to calculate the conversion to corresponding value of XY coordinates. Finally, Using the system to measure the data to form a visual graphic, in two dimensional pattern. Through the analysis of two-dimensional image which were transformed, we can have intuitive understanding and experience to the ZUC algorithm, to promote the use of statistical measurement methods and a better understanding of the system measurement characteristics of the ZUC algorithm.
