Research And Analysis On Volunteer Information Management System Of Sanming Vocational And Technical College

In recent years, with the increased enrollment of Sanming Vocational Technical College, the school’s voluntary work has also developed. The management of college student volunteers has been an essential part of student affairs. However, the management of college student volunteers in our school still depends on human rather than electronical devices. It wastes a large amount of material and human resources. In order to change this situation, meanwhile, to keep up with the times, this essay mainly analysis the college student volunteers management system with the help of computer information technology.The thesis described the background and current situation of the volunteer information management system of Sanming Vocational Technological College (SVTC) first. And then, it made detailed analysis of the related tasks with actual work, application software engineering knowledge and object-oriented method. In the task analysis, the thesis based on the description and analysis of the original tasks of SVTC’s volunteers with the help of task flow chart and presented optimized task flow chart. In the functional analysis, the thesis definite the functions of roles in the system and then definite the function of the system through use case analysis and use case description, finally, presented systematic overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram which including volunteer management, volunteer assessment, activity propaganda, activity management and assessment, activity fund, basic data and system management. In the data analysis, the thesis analyzed the necessary data of each functional module of the system. It provided entity relation diagram and set up database by means of the description of concept relation diagram and thumbnail diagram. Finally, the thesis reached conclusions for its research and analysis and bring up the prospect of the work in future.
