Since laser comes out more than fifty years, laser technology has been rapid development and widely used especially in sheet metal processing with the progress of science and technology and the development of social economy. However, as the customer customization requirements for sheet metal processing production line continues to increase. In order to reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency, make a single sheet metal processing CNC laser towards highly intelligent, highly automated CNC laser sheet metal flexible production line direction. AL3(Automatic Laser 3m) CNC laser cutting flexible production line is currently being developed CNC fiber laser cutting machine with perfect coupling of flexible production line, which can reduce the effective processing time, reduce costs and maximizing enhance the comprehensive production capacity. Engineers are still facing problems in the course of the study how to improve the efficiency of the production line. This paper mainly studies on the layout of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production line. Loading and unloading system of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production line is designed and researched. Test and analyze the dynamic performance of beam of the unloading system. Theses realize the efficiency of CNC laser cutting flexible production line is greatly improved. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1) First, each system unit of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production line selection, use, characteristics and function are described. And study on the layout of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production line, put out five different programs, and draw the optimal layout scheme of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production line by comparing the various programs.2) Second, for the loading and unloading system design of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production line, put forward two key issues in the design of loading and unloading system, the first is the guide design of loading and unloading system, the second is the beam design of loading and unloading systems. For the guide system design of loading and unloading system, Through comparing the performance, advantages and disadvantages and deceleration speed curve comparison of the two kinds of design schemes including the traditional rolling guide and the new roller guide, it is concluded that using the roller guide is more feasible and the performance is more superior. For the beam design of loading and unloading system, the model and finite element analysis including static analysis, modal analysis and improved design of the beam of loading and unloading system are established by using the Solid Works of 3D design software and MIDAS NFX of finite element software, obtain the viable beam structure, which has a certain guiding significance for the beam design of loading and unloading systems of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production line.3) Finally, through the beam of the loading and unloading system of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production line dynamic performance test mainly including dynamic displacement and acceleration test, get the best working condition of unloading system:unloading system walks a line speed of 100m/min, acceleration is 0.4042g (3.96m/s2). Loading and unloading cycle time decreases by 26.5% compared with the 40s of customer requirements in this condition. At the same time get better working condition of unloading system:unloading system walks a line speed of 150m/min, acceleration is 0.5062g (4.96m/s2). Loading and unloading cycle time decreases by 38.6% compared with the 40s of customer requirements in this condition, which has greatly improved the efficiency of AL3 CNC laser cutting flexible production.
