Research And Analysis On Case Management System Of Baoshan People 's Procuratorate

Nowadays, informationization is the trend of world development, and it is a significant force to advance the economic and social reforms. Human has entered network society along with the development of information network technology and the wide use of it. The development of information technology and the degree of information application have become a measure of industrialization and the main mark of comprehensive strength for a country and for an industry. In recent years, the prosecution system has firmly set up the idea of science and a technology is the driving force of development. In addition, it insistently takes informationization as the dominant factor and implements the strategy of developing the prosecution system through science and technology. Technological information plays a great role in guiding prosecution work completely. Informationization, as the driving force of development, will further promote innovation and development of the prosecutors’ work, which is increasingly becoming the common understanding by procuratorial organs at all levels. Case management in the work of the procuratorate is a basic work of the procuratorial organs to carry out business, and it is an important basis for the procuratorial organs to carry out scientific decision-making and management, and it is an important way to play the role of the staff assistant. But at present, Baoshan City People’s Procuratorate accepted the case process, the case for the process of information recording more paper documents, the case for the process of information storage are manual operation, the work efficiency is not high. Case management system is the computer technology applied to the prosecution of the case information management and will enable the prosecution of cases in each stage of information can be timely and comprehensive input system. The flow data can be long-term preservation and update, to facilitate the monitoring of the case management process, and according to the statistical data analysis of case information, the realization of the case flow information is accurate, efficient management, provide the scientific basis for policy decision of leadership.This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of the case management system in Baoshan Municipal People’s Procuratorate, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes are given. In the function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case descriptions, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams, including the case management sub-function package diagram, case examination sub-function package diagram, approval sub-function package diagram, case inquiry sub-function package diagram, the case of decision and analysis sub-function package diagram, system management sub-function package diagram, data management sub-function package diagram and so on. In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity class relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’ structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
