| As a vocational technical school, Baoshan senior vestibule school has many disciplines and specialty, it provides a good foundation for the development of student information management system because of the school computer network infrastructures. This research expounds design and implementation of a student status management information system with complete function. The following functions which easily to operate different information by administrators, teachers, students within their respective jurisdiction, such as data query, modify, delete and other operations without having to install the client, via a browser can login system. Proceeding from the school actual situation, the management system has properties of friendly interface, simple operation, safety, stability and reliability, it can improve the management level and work efficiency.This paper introduced the research background of Baoshan senior vestibule school student status management system primarily, give a brief overview of some administrative problems which should be solved, then discussed the significance of the project. This paper proposed the design target of the managerial system and the related user communication, determines needs analysis which including business needs, functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements, and puts forward the system developing platform. User case diagram and concept class diagram of the system are given and described; In the process of system designing, including student register information management, score information management, verification of professional technical ability, changing of status, graduation audit et al. This paper design and describe function structure diagram, sequence diagram and processing flow chart. Finally, we summarized the main contents of the study and described the author’s main contributions. The paper also pointed out the shortcomings of the study and the further work what we should do in future. |
