In recent years, with the fast development of modern manufacturing industry, efforts in the direction of high precision stamping parts, and artifact type is more diversified. At the same time, stamping process and processing technology are constantly updated. The way of feeding and blanking by traditional manual operation already can’t meet the requirement of the modern stamping machine.Because of the excellent performance, high work efficiency and stability, material flow manipulator has been achieved. For NTC80 tons punching machine, this study developed a material flow manipulator.According to the performance of NTC80 tons punching machine and production line processing requirements, determine the material flow of the manipulator overall plan, and a 3d model is established by solidworks. In addition, probes into the main drive components and drive parts selection is calculated. The finite element analysis was carried out on the structure of key parts by ANSYS software, get the components of stress and strain nephogram and dynamic characteristics, according to the results of the analysis to the structure is optimized. Through ADAMS software dynamics analysis was carried out on the material flow manipulator, get the driving force, speed, acceleration of the joint actuator at the end and the displacement of the actuator at the end. According to the analysis results, validate the correctness of all drive component selection before, at the same time to ensure that no interference issue in the working process of the manipulator. Finally, the scene debugging, for the performance of the manipulator data detection, debugging results show that material flow manipulator movements smooth, meets the requirement.
