3D-Printing is a entity manufacturing technology emerging in recent years, it will be information, materials, machinery, control, biological areas such as integration, through material, step by step a superposition of the digital control to realize 3D entity to add material manufacturing.3D-Printing technology compared with the traditional manufacturing industry, has a unique advantage, at present, both at home and abroad has developed rapidly, and gradually to the attention of the processing and manufacturing. In the market competition is intense, product upgrading rapidly modern manufacturing mode, the rapid prototyping technology plays an enormous role in promoting the development of the manufacturing, its achievements in product applications, to promote this trend to accelerate the commercialization of the technology.3D-Printer currently on the market is mainly divided into two categories: one is industrial grade 3 d printing equipment, industrial equipment, high precision level, a brush materials applicability is wide and can print metals, ceramics, and biomass materials, but industrial equipment large volume, high cost, more strict requirements for the working environment, not suitable for family use; 2 it is to use desktop 3D-Printer, the device can be geared to the needs of enterprises, such as family, school education, desktop 3D-Printer has simple structure, low cost, no strict requirements on work environment, forming materials are mostly PLA, ABS plastic, such as pollution-free to the environment. In this paper, we study a desktop 3D-Printer.According to different movements, the mechanical structure of the 3 d printers are also different, but the high efficiency, light weight, good energy-saving structure is the important direction of technology development, on the 3 d printing is no exception. The traditional structure of 3 d printers, build more volume, complicated structure, as a kind of used equipment, equipment of mechanical structure is one of the key technologies. Paper based on the paper, by comparing the existing structure characteristics of 3 d printers, on the basis of the existing 3 d printers, this paper proposes a new rotating arm type structure, the structure by the linear motion of the two directions and a direction of rotation is complete, high efficiency, low cost, compact structure. Formulate a complete mechanical design, and parametric design of key parts, respectively for sports system, guide member, chapters, the structure and appearance design, and according to the design requirements, do some modification on the control program, and completed the corresponding algorithm.At present this topic research has made phased achievements, based on the design to complete the test and operation of the experimental prototype, the next step for the prototype of some structural problems was improved, the working efficiency of the final testing prototype, printing precision, stability, reliability, etc.
