Molecular logic devices has the advantages of small volume,large storage and easy to design.Using molecular logic devices can achieve higher storage density than silicon components which provide possibility of Molecular memory.Two-photon photochromic materials have strong two-photon absorption.Multilayer three-dimensional storage can be implemented by it.Meanwhile, Erasable photochromic performance ensures the material used for many times.Therefore,photochromic materials provides a reliable train of thought for molecular storage.Spirobifluorene compounds have strong fluorescent quantum yield and easy to modified into strong two-photon absorption materials. The target of this study is base on spirobifluorene and modified to specific functional materials by grafted with triphenylamine and diarylthene.The main work of this paper is presented by the following three parts:The first part: SPF-TPA, SPF-NP and TM1 which were derived from spirobifluorene has been synthesized.Their structures were characterized.The second part:In the 254 nm light,we study the phenomenon that SPF-TPA and SPF-NP response to chlorinated solvents by the uv spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.Also, we study the change of its uv and fluorescence spectrum under different p H.Using the responsibility of SPF-TPA and SPF-NP to chlorinated solvents and H+, we build complex logic gates which provides a new possibility For single molecule to build logic circuit.The third part:The uv and fluorescence characteristic of TM1 was measured. We detected Two-photon absorption cross section of TM1 by Two-photon fluorescence method and its value is 658.26 GM.However,the Photochromic properties of TM1wasn’t found in ou study.We dicussed the reason why TM1 does not possess the photochromic properties.
